Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations

Currently, Verdawell ships to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories. We do not currently ship internationally. We will update this policy when international shipping becomes available.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days from the date of shipment. Available on all orders.

Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days from the date of shipment. Free for all subscription orders. Available for one-time purchases for an additional fee shown at checkout.

Shipping timeframes are estimates and do not include order processing time. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all one-time purchase orders of $50 or more. All subscription orders receive free priority shipping on every shipment, regardless of order value.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.

Subscription Shipments

Subscription orders are automatically shipped according to your selected delivery schedule. You will receive an email notification 3 days before each subscription shipment is processed, giving you time to modify, pause, or cancel your subscription if needed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit, shows as delivered but was not received, or is stolen, please contact us at contact@verdawell.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Verdawell is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@verdawell.com and we will do our best to update the address before the order ships.
