Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At Verdawell, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following return and refund options.

Money-Back Guarantee

One-time purchases: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your product, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product purchase price (excluding original shipping costs).

Subscription orders (3-month and 6-month plans): We offer a 100-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first delivery. This extended guarantee gives you enough time to experience the full benefits of our botanical formula as it builds in your system over time.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact our customer support team at contact@verdawell.com within the applicable guarantee period. You may be asked to provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. Opened and partially used products are eligible for a refund within the guarantee period. We do not require you to return the product.

How Refunds Are Processed

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund: gift cards, downloadable digital products, and any items returned after the applicable guarantee period has expired.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at contact@verdawell.com and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs, at your preference.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at contact@verdawell.com. Cancellations made before your next billing date will prevent future charges. Please see our Subscription Policy for full details.
